| An independent
review of the OOPic can be found in the February 2000 issue of Poptronics® Magazine. Gordon McComb's monthly column, Robotics Workshop, featured the first of a two part review of the OOPic and how it is useful to robotics. In the review, a quick comparison between other microcontrollers is made and then McComb jumps right into an OOPic overview. After discussing the programming environment and the Objects, McComb focuses in on the Objects he feels are ideally suited for use with robotics. McComb concludes the column with a mention of the next month's column where he will continue the discussion of the OOPic with an overview of Virtual Circuits and presents the reader with a basic project using the oServo Object. |
